We are hiring an experienced and reliable Quality Control Supervisor with strong worth ethic, integrity, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude.
This employee will be joining our Phoenix team, adding value to our property and compliance inspections by providing excellent customer service to multiple manufactured housing communities.
The Quality Control Inspector provides support to the overall team and will be accountable for delivering our commitments to residents.
You will be responsible for performing exterior and interior (rental) inspections.
The ideal candidate will be customer service driven.
This position will require travel between job sites as we own and manage multiple parks in this market.
*Prior experience and skills should include:* -Residential property management a plus -Rent Manager or similar software experience a plus -General Computer Knowledge -General Phone Technology Knowledge -Organized and punctual -Must be able to work efficiently under pressure -Must be able to multitask and work independently -Needs to be able to work strongly with a team -MUST know how to operate a smartphone ( Android or iPhone) *Education and General Requirements:* -High School Diploma or Equivalent *Responsibilities include, but not limited to:* -Conduct all community property and compliance inspections -Participate in inspections for move-ins and move-outs -Assist with New Home Installs -Communicate directly with office staff on property issues or needs -Monitors cleanliness of property grounds and landscaping -Receive and complete assigned service issues -Coordinates daily with the Office Administrator to ensure service issues are completed in a timely manner *Job Type: *Full-time *Benefits:* * Dental * Vision * Health * Paid time off * 401k *Schedule:* * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * 8-4 or 9-5 *Requirements: *Reliable vehicle; will be required to travel to other community sites.
Complete and pass a background check including a drug screening.
Driver's License and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.
00 - $20.
