Regional Director of Operations - Multiple Veterinary Practices

Full Time Regional Director of Operations - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field Required - Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Utah.
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations of a region, including the management of staff, the development and implementation of strategic plans, and the achievement of financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, as well as experience in a leadership role.
This is a remote position that requires 80% travel weekly.
Candidate will be responsible for 15-25 Hospitals.
Position is Business Focused.
Responsibilities: Manage a team of staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of a region Develop and implement strategic plans for the region Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure that the region is meeting its financial goals Recruit, hire, and train new staff Resolve employee conflicts and complaints Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders This is a remote position that requires 80% travel weekly.
Qualified candidates will be required to reside in one of the following states: Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Utah.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Veterinary experience preferred.
