Position Title: Campus Victory Project Regional Manager

Location: Positions in various target cities across the nation.
Travel: 50+%

Campus Victory Project is a 501(c)(3) elite leadership development organization dedicated to activating, recruiting, supporting, and training a new generation of common sense and well-equipped leaders on the biggest college campuses in the United States of America.
Our leadership training strategies offer instrumental growth to students of a wide range of intended professions and are universally acknowledged across the country.
Students are provided with resources to conduct positive change on college campuses, develop leadership skills, build greater professional networks, and begin a long and well-established foundation in public service.
ABOUT THE POSITION: The Campus Victory Project's Regional Manager is responsible for managing a team of Victory Program Representatives and providing all resources necessary to ensure departmental goals are met.
This includes, but is not limited to: conducting weekly meetings with your team, helping plan and execute all Campus Victory Project Events, and overseeing all student research and outreach as it pertains to leadership initiatives.

Experience managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience
Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Innovative nature & desire to try new things
Undergraduate degree

Greek (Fraternity/ Sorority) Life experience
Experience hosting large-scale events
Team or sales management experience
Employees are required to have a valid driver's license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable.
