Position Title: Supply Chain Manager
Department: Operations
Reports to: Vice President, Manufacturing & Engineering
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager’s responsibilities include but not limited to: The management and execution of all activities related to procurement, storage, and distribution of the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and data analysis.
Develop and implement robust demand planning and forecasting models to meet business needs.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee purchase order processes.
Streamline warehouse operations, optimizing space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods while minimizing costs.
Utilize Salesforce/NetSuite to track performance metrics and drive supply chain improvements.
Implement cost management strategies to enhance profitability.
Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Monitor and report on supply chain performance, using metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Drive process improvements and SOP development to achieve operational excellence.
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain management.
Proficiency in Salesforce/NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and process-driven workflows.
