Evaluate potential critical facility projects, developing estimates and strategic plans for Design Build and Value Engineering.
Lead the Estimating Department, ensuring quality estimates and meeting client deadlines.
Establish and maintain client relationships, promoting trust and responsiveness.
Engage in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning for growth.
Facilitate smooth transition from preconstruction to construction, maintaining safety and project timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 15 years in commercial mechanical construction, focusing on critical facilities.
Proficient with construction software such as BlueBeam and Timberline.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Must be local to Phoenix, AZ, with a stable work history.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with large-scale projects in data centers and healthcare.
In-depth knowledge of local codes and construction regulations.
