Team Lead

Responsibilities Provide engaging/genuine service to all guests and team members.
* Uphold our standard of providing great food.
* Ensure our restaurant is always clean and comfortable for our guests.
* Training and development of all existing and new team members.
* Clear communication amongst Team Leads & Management Team.
* Help open/close the restaurant when Manager or District Manager is not present.
* Uphold all cash handling responsibilities.
Uphold all restaurant standards (completion of checklists, steps of service, delegation of tasks/duties to team members) Supports the team (Managers and team members) by helping bus tables, stock restaurant supplies on the floor when needed.
