Vice President, Business Operations

Job Summary: The Vice President of Business Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities across the Exos Sport business, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the business.
This role reports to the President of the Exos Sport division, and will be based onsite at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.
RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees the daily workflow of the Sport department Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies and standard practices to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, business models, and staffing requirements for projects.
Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans (such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities) are in line with the Sport business plan Establishes and administers the Sport business’s annual expense budget.
Leads, develops, and oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of a team of site-level General Managers.
Identifies training needs and facilitates proper training & development.
Manages site-level P&Ls Maintains all facilities and equipment; oversees all supply and equipment ordering Manages invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections processes Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the Sport Leadership Team Plans and executes new project and facility launches Organizes and manages all Sport Business events and offsite engagements Maintains knowledge of emerging trends in operations management.
Collaborates with other departments to carry out the Sport business's goals and objectives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required.
10+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong financial acumen, with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices within the industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or comparable software.
