Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As a Night Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure efficient and smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and train staff members on proper food handling, customer service, and restaurant policies
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food preparation, and safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control practices to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
