Public Assistance Case Management Specialist

BLN is seeking individuals who can provide efficient, professional eligibility and case management services for federally funded programs.
Duties & Responsibilities: The case manager must assist program applicants in all aspects of the assistance process.
Case Managers must: Provide professional customer service to program applicants Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program’s guidelines, requirements, and strategic direction Document activities and homeowner communications in the program’s database Review eligibility documentation provided by program participants in the application portal Manage and execute workflows within the program’s database Ensure quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of all assigned tasks Maintains and utilizes standard operating procedures for all daily tasks Qualifications: Highly organized and detail oriented Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products Able to multi-task within a fast paced and ever changing environment Strong time management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Customer service skills Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
