Janitorial Supervisor

DMS is currently seeking an experienced *Janitorial Supervisor* for Phoenix, AZ.
*Shift: *Thursday- Sunday 6:00am- 4:30Pm *Payrate:* Starting $21/hr.
Responsibilities for *Janitorial Supervisor*: - Oversee and manage the custodial operations of the facility - Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders when necessary - Train and supervise custodial staff members - Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Requirements for *Janitorial Supervisor*: - Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning - Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication skills for interacting with staff members and addressing any concerns or issues -Must have a valid driver license - -· Weekend availability · Must clear and background check and drug screening.
