The Supervisor of Account Operations is responsible for account operations and enrollment team which includes but isn’t limited to new account and product implementations, auditing existing product builds and websites, configuring the branding and site functions, as well as ensuring all new product and/or account operations are completed and fully tested.
This position will require excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work, collaborate, and coordinate between technical and non-technical people within our company and external business partners.
Responsibilities: Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of arrivia partner platforms.
Utilize the ftp import process for account ops and enrollment team.
Assist team members in account creations, mass uploads and account import changes/updates.
Uses SQL database to run queries to manage data for updates and or changes within arrivia CRM.
Work closely and collaboratively with Account Management, Sales, Web Content, Enrollment, and Technology teams.
Assign team members ADO tickets and manage tasks submitted with continued communication to the requesting arrivia staff member or department.
Successfully ensuring team member is and staff are completing platform maintenance/creation and client launces is completed with expected turnaround.
Maintaining an expert level of knowledge on available business models, platform customizations, and platform functionality.
Supporting sales organizations build of new membership products, renewal products, monthly member promotions and department incentives.
Managing time off requests for your direct reports and adjust timecard entries as needed.
Giving constructive feedback and direction to your direct reports on current projects/tasks.
Providing one on one time with each of your direct reports.
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
Completes all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 2-3 years of managerial experience in an office environment where attention to detail was critical Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically experience working with Excel spreadsheets MySQL and SQL database experience a plus Excellent organizational skills Self-directed, able to maintain productivity with minimal supervision Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment Must have ability to audit and determine the optimum resolution for errors, oversights, or obstacles Who We Are: Welcome to arrivia.
