Order-to-Cash Digital Delivery Leader

We are looking to hire a Order-to-Cash Digital Delivery Leader to help us drive and deliver (OTC) IT programs.
In this position, you will take a big-picture approach to all OTC projects and ensure delivery from Requirements, Design to Deployment.
Your responsibilities will include working with key business stakeholders, defining demand, organizing teams to delivery critical projects, provide status updates to both IT and Business leadership and ensure programs are delivered to time and quality.
You will have full oversight of programs (including project managers, external partners and internal onsemi IT and business stakeholders).
Your primary focus will be partner with business stakeholders, define, and deliver critical programs to ensure success of onsemi IT.
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in computer science/ information technology and 8 + years of firsthand experience in Order to Cash process including Order Entry, Order Booking, Customer Management, BatchPick, Logistics areas.
• Digital Delivery Leader driving global development and operations teams to design, develop, update, debug and deliver OTC programs.
• Oracle Modules: OM, INV, PO, Advanced Pricing, Quality, BOM, WIP, Configurator, GL, AR, AP, OTL.
• Technical Skills: Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Alerts, Conversions, Interfaces, Oracle Workflow, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, OAF, Shell Scripting • Oracle Cloud experience is a pre-requisite.
• Be a Technology leader driving Program delivery & Technology Roadmap for Order to Cash process with a strong focus on customer-first outcomes.
• Work with Key Business stakeholders – identify needs, prioritize, and organize teams, accountable for project delivery, close the loop with business to ensure needs are met.
• Constantly looking to find impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed.
• Management and tracking of key milestones and risk mitigation.
• Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress to both IT and Business leadership.
• Encourages a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment.
Encourages team trust and helps cross-team collaboration to ensure project delivery.
• Drive technology decisions, including leading consolidation of legacy tools to IT pillar platforms.

• Strong experience in implementing Order To Cash Process in Oracle Cloud technology.
• Experience in integration with Cloud technology tools such as Oracle Cloud, GTM, OTM, WMS and lead routing/ feedback loop.
• 8 + years of experience in managing enterprise-wide programs • Strong experience in stakeholder management (both IT, business, and external partners) • A Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology • Project management experience is a plus • Consulting experience (preferred) • Strong experience with both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities #LI-KH1
