Archaeological Field Crew Lead (Field Based)

ERM is hiring an Archaeological Field Crew Lead to support survey efforts for projects located in Maricopa County, AZ.
The Archaeological Field Crew Lead will lead and conduct archaeological field surveys and monitoring.
This is a full-time (up to 60+ hours/week), fixed-term, field-based role for a duration of 3 weeks.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely lead field teams.
Effective communication of crew expectations.
Visually inspect the land surface for presence of precontact and historical artifacts and features.
Use of GPS, ESRI Field Maps, and tablet for recording sites.
Maintain field notes during fieldwork and evenings.
Comply with corporate health and safety plan.
Report writing.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in anthropology or related field.
At least 5+ years of cultural resource survey experience, two of which should include demonstrated supervisory experience.
Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and on varied terrain.
Working knowledge of archaeological survey protocols.
Ability to work in the field for extended periods of time.
A driver’s license.
