Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work and manage Vendors to keep our Luxury Properties in guest ready standards at all times *Responsibilities:* * Managing Vendors in the following areasLandscaping Pool Plumbing Electrical * Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion * Maintain a clean and a safe work space * Perform other duties, as assigned *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields * Deadline and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
00 - $60,000.
