*The Best Candidates Will Have:* * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field with 3-10 years of professional work experience in a financial reporting or analytics role.
MBA or CPA preferred.
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a flexible and strategic approach to problem solving.
* Demonstrated professional and precise verbal and written communications with prior experience in business report writing, preferably having had your work product used in legal/court proceedings.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and Quickbooks, and advanced expertise in Excel * Previous Experience working as a consultant and/or for a Big 4 accounting firm.
*For Leadership Roles, The Best Candidates Will Have:* * Prior experience leading and mentoring high achieving teams.
* Prior experience directly reporting to C-level executives, judges, lenders, investors, trustees and other stakeholders is ideal.
* Skill to engage in healthy conflict to find optimal solutions, yet knowing when to step back and diffuse a situation.
* Ability to strike the perfect balance between being a listening ear, caring for your clients and acting as a stabilizing force helping organizations move forward.
* Success discussing sensitive financial information and operational issues with clients and their employees, attorneys, and C-level organizational leaders.
* The desire to learn and engage in networking, marketing, business development, and revenue generation as a long term career goal.
If desired, the ability to grow into a Sr.
Managing Director with their own book of business.
