WHAT WILL I BE DOING? As a Sales Training Manager you would be responsible for planning and driving the training of all new sales executives.
Ensuring company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Trains and develops all Sales Executives and Sales Management.
Provides ongoing training to support new hires go further into the closing sequence themselves as their abilities develop, which allows more time for sales closing support to those who truly need assistance on the table.
Meets weekly with designated team members for the purpose of training, motivating and team building.
Ensures the Sales staff’s understanding, dedication and adherence to all sales policies and procedures.
Partners and meets regularly with sales management to provide training feedback on Sales Executives.
Takes direction from senior management to assist in sales areas of critical need.
Works individually with Sales Executives on performance related issues.

To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Previous timeshare sales training experience High school Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Possess a current/active Arizona Real Estate License Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/hours as required per business needs.
