LAKEVIEW LANES SUPERVISOR Location: Lakeview Bowling Lanes, Sun City Work Days/Hours: Monday = office day; Thursday 2pm-11pm; Friday 2pm-10pm; Saturday 2pm-9pm; Sunday 2pm-10pm Job Summary: Supervises the daily operations of assigned bowling facility.
Oversees and follows-up with daily work requirements and changes as they occur.
Schedules, supervises and trains assigned bowling lanes personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities Supervises the daily operations of assigned facility Creates work schedules for all assigned employees Supervises the individual training of assigned bowling lanes personnel Conducts daily inspection of bowling facility for safety, maintenance and cleanliness Handles daily cash receipts, paperwork and cash deposits Prepares purchase order requests for resale merchandise and supplies Reviews and evaluates monthly variance from budget Performs all duties required in the daily operation of control counter Maintains required level of all supplies and resources needed to maintain maximum customer/employee service Maintains complete files of all required forms necessary for daily bowling lanes operations Maintains bowler database Maintains rental locker database Maintains complete file of all leagues Coordinates league activity Processes bowling league records with bowling league record software Oversees issuance of league contracts Coordinates special events and tournaments Dispenses awards to league secretary Completes Accident/Incident Reports and informs Supervisor Places 911 calls in emergency situations.
Keeps supervisor informed and involved during supervisor’s work hours Informs supervisor of any unusual incidents or circumstances that may have occurred during supervisor’s off-hours Performs various other duties as assigned Qualifications Any combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position Ability to obtain and maintain a valid state of Arizona driver’s license and an excellent driving record Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge of cash control principles Basic knowledge of the game of bowling Basic knowledge of computers Good interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
