In our 9-month Manager in Development program, you will learn about our business from the ground up, learn how to develop a team and get the tools you need to run your own branch.
You will receive hands-on-experience in every department, starting as a Technician and interacting with our customers.
After training, candidates *must be willing to relocate throughout the continental US after completion of training.
* On average, our MID will make $50,000 -$55,000/year.

* Provide and perform industry services, including acquiring specialized industry certifications
* Support operations logistically in alignment with training needs
* Interview, Hire, Train, Coach and Development Employees
* Manage payroll and our iconic yellow van fleet
* Lead a branch of 20-30 employees
* Provide exceptional customer service and learn how to create commercial proposals
* Run a business

* 1-3 years of related experience is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Work experience in the service industry is a plus
