Branch Managers are working with their 3 direct reports daily to deliver the best buying experience with balancing cost controls with a delightful experience.
Branch Managers are tirelessly developing leaders from within the organization through training, mentorship, and providing exposure to situations that will give employees a chance to grow.
The 2 direct reports of a Branch Manager include the Operations Manager and the Sales Manager.
These 2 direct reports assist the Branch Manager in measuring and monitoring KPI’s in their respective department, leading and mentoring their teams, scheduling and maintaining necessary staffing levels, and training and developing up-and-coming leaders within the organization.
Direct reports are internal positions, meaning, they are all in the office together ensuring the processes are being followed religiously to deliver a world-class buying experience every time.
