Store Manager

Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Store Manager to lead our team.
The Store Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service, guest satisfaction, and the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities: *Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards *Train, onboard, and schedule FOH team members *Oversee daily restaurant operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and resolving customer issues *Monitor and maintain inventory of store supplies, such as utensils, glassware, and linens *Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house team to ensure smooth flow and consistency in service *Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures *Uphold health and safety regulations and food handling standards *Assist in marketing and promotional activities *Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements as needed Qualifications: *Proven experience in a similar store management role *Excellent leadership and communication skills *Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail *Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities *Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems *Food safety and alcohol service certification is a plus *A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch service *Must be able to pass a background check *Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Compensation is $20.
