Responsibilities will include:
Work with departments to anticipate and fill hiring needs.
Manage new hire orientation, open enrollment, and all benefits programs.
Maintain Arcoro HRIS.
Create and direct employee engagement programs.
Administer annual performance review processes.
Oversee Worker’s Compensation injury reports, investigations, follow up, and return to work restrictions.
Implement and Maintain LMS and training programs.
Maintains a strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and communicate changes to company executives for compliance.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field (equivalent work experience acceptable too)
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience
Bilingual Spanish and English - verbal and written communication
Experience working in a construction environment a plus
Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of HR management
Strong knowledge of employment laws, safety procedures, etc.
Supervisory experience – supervision of 2 or more staff members
