Company Description The Manager, Data & Process Integration Governance will be responsible for data quality, integration, and data governance across the local system landscape.
Ensuring stable operations, data consistency and change process capability with regards to master data, data availability and accessibility and reinforcement of cross-functional integration are top deliverables of this role.
Your contributions will optimize our operations, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and managing projects to achieve strategic goals.
Job Description DATA GOVERNANCE Develop and execute data governance frameworks that align with operational processes, ensuring data quality and consistency across our corporate systems.
Define and enforce data quality standards, continuously monitoring data quality metrics.
Develop and maintain documentation outlining data quality standards and guidelines.
Work with data owners and stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data integration processes and enhance data consistency across the local system landscape.
MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT Develop and maintain master data models that reflect the organization's business processes.
Design and implement data structures and hierarchies for master data entities.
Work with business units to understand their requirements and align master data management processes with business objectives.
Lead efforts to integrate and migrate master data across different systems and platforms.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, facilitating the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Drive the definition of data sourcing, integration, and modeling of local solutions according to global guidelines and principles.
Work with data architects, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and can meet the identified data needs.
Provide project support to numerous IT & Business initiatives and rollouts for SAP business applications with focus on the finance and operations fields.
Act as SME for system integration, data models, master data, and access management for core finance and operations processes.
Coordinate E2E integration and regression testing and define the data quality acceptance criteria.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT Identify, document, and coordinate issue resolution in the areas of data and system integration.
Provide ad-hoc support for Americas subsidiaries.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes integration, data workflows, and data ownership.
Review recurring issues drive preventive initiatives.
Qualifications 5+ years of work experience in the field of data management.
Proficient in the field of data modelling and integration & data governance.
Functional knowledge of SAP ERP with special focus in SD/MM is essential.
Ability to understand complex system correlations.
Profound project management experience.
High attention to detail and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, cross functional teams, and global technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in MIS or related STEM field.
Additional Information The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
