Selling a stock two seater 2004 Yamaha Waverunner GP1300R WITHOUT a trailer.
It runs great and is my most reliable skis over the years.
It's an oil/fuel injected 2-stroke, so fill the gas tank with 87 octane and the oil tank every 4 rides- easy! This is a three cylinder 1296cc and the largest 2 stroke engine PWC made with 165HP! It's very fast at 72mph, has a simple mechanical trim system that doesn't break like Seadoo's, no reverse and completely stock except for a few tiny safety parts for the powervalves (Wave-eater).
Just had the jet pump serviced with OEM Yamaha parts so that should be good to go for a long time, new battery and the last compression test was 120psi on all three cylinders.
In general 2-strokes have less parts to break, make more power per engine cc, are lighter/smaller, better handling and much more affordable than the bigger, heavier more complicated four strokes.
This 2004 is also listed as federally emission compliant due to the fuel injection so you can use it on all lakes including Lake Powell and Lake Mead.
It has been used regularly every year I've owned it including last year, registration to 6/2024.
There are of course some small blemishes but those are impossible to avoid if you ride them often (tied to docks etc).
The machine was in like new condition with only 46 hours when I bought it and I estimate 115 currently.
I have detailed records of maintenance and a list of every ride.
Price is $6000 as these are very difficult to find anywhere and I traveled 350 miles years ago when I bought this one.
