Beautilful male cockatiel (Bapchule)

Male cockatiel hatched April 2023 Needs new home someone who will give him lots of extra time.
He’s sweet / spicy .
A little spicy in the enclosure but once out will chill on your shoulder all day.
I had fed him planned to keep him but he’s very aggressive to the rest of the flock and I don’t want to get a single set up right now.
He would prefer to be the only bird.
