Foster tiny chihuahua mix (Casa Grande)

I have a male toy chihuahua mix a little over 4 months.
He is literally the snuggliest sweetest puppy.
He has long legs but should stay around 5-8lbs.
I have 4 other dogs and two cats and he plays with everybody.
I have taken him with me everywhere since November.
He loves to be out and about.
He is for someone looking for a dog that is with them always.
I am getting him and my two cats neutered on Monday.
