Need to rehome (Maricopa)

1-year-old hound/shepherd mix.
We took him in from a friend who couldn’t have him, but he can’t stay.
He attacks livestock and chickens and we have a lot of that here.
He tracks cats as if he was going to go after them but never has.
He has a lot of energy and wants to be a good dog but he’s killed too many things at my house.
