Young German Shepherd for Rehome. (Peoria)

We are rehoming our German Sheppard mix.
She is about 1 years old and is very sweet and loving.
She is too big for our apartment.
She is potty and crate trained.
Very patient, loves exercise.
She would do best in a home with other dogs and a yard.
