Friendly dog needs saved by 1/16!!!

HI!! My name is Rodney!! I'm a 3 year old, 50 lb, neutered male, shar-pei/terrier mix!! I am a calm and timid dog who is scared in this loud shelter!! I am very brave and allow them to leash me even though it scares me.
I am a little shy and uncomfortable when pet, but I've hardly been here ling at all and I haven't had the chance to get to know anyone and trust them! I just need a home where i know I am safe and I will come out my shell.
The shelter is requiring I be the only dog in the home along with no children.
I need someone to give me the chance to show them what a good boy I am.
