I’m a 3yr old, 55lb, Neutered Male, Chocolate Chinese Sharpei/Terrier Mix.
I am a playful boy who loves balls, bones and plush toys.
I love people too – especially kids! While I love people, it takes me a day or two to warm up to them.
Once you have given me that time, we will be friends for life! I am very smart too! I am potty trained, crate trained and know commands like sit, drop it, and leave it.
I am an active boy who would do well in a home with an active lifestyle.
I was in foster for almost 2 months.
My foster said she had other dogs I seemed interested in playing with, but it is unknown if we were ever given the opportunity to be introduced to each other.
My foster also said a home with no cats would probably be best unless you have a way to safely keep us separated.
My foster had to return me to the shelter because I have chronic ear infections and the shelter said they would no longer continue to treat me for that.
Now they have given me a deadline.
This is no
reason for my life to end.
