Rehoming mix female puppy (Phoenix)

I watched someone throw a puppy out the window in traffic and I saved her.
She is almost fully potty trained she is a lover.
With my work schedule I can't have a puppy at this time.
She is going to be big.
She been around kids and other animals.
A small rehoming fee is required.
She be a good new best friend for someone.
