Free dog to good home (Phoenix)

We found this dog a few days ago.
He does not have a chip.
We have two dogs and they all play well together but do not have room to keep him.
Seems to be about 2-3 years old.
Very playful, knows basic commands, appears to be an indoor dog and is clean.
