Sweet scared German Shepherd to be euthanized 4/28!💔 Adopter Needed! (phoenix)

Please help me! I am being euthanized 4/28 @ 5pm.
Why?–Sadly, I am scared here at the shelter and County Shelter in AZ euthanizes dogs not coping well (and they DO euthanize on time!) I am a good dog! 1.

I am a sweet and handsome boy who is timid and very scared at the shelter.
Staff was able to get me out to a play yard in a cart where I was feeling overwhelmed so I stayed in the corner of the yard.
I allowed them to pet me lightly.
Then some kind and patient volunteers spent some extra time with me and they were to get me to walk a little on a leash.
Because I am fearful in the shelter they are requiring that I go to a home with no children.
After being here only a week I was given a deadline.
Being frightened in a scary place is no reason for me to lose my life! I need a patient adopter who can help me build confidence and trust.
