he had been living a life of complete neglect at such a young age.

He is now safe with a rescue and in a foster home getting all the pampering he deserves.
Jeeter is also now neutered, health checked, heartworm tested, up to date on vaccines, clean, beautiful, happy, and microchipped.
An adoption fee does apply, and he will go home with his spiffy collar and ID tag, harness and leash.
Jeeter LOVES to play with other dogs.
He's a bundle of energy and we'd like him to have a home with another young, energetic, and playful dog, similar in size (he will probably be around 10 pounds when full grown -- he's currently about 8 pounds and growing, but not much :) He is ultra high energy and requires another one or two high energy young playful dogs in the home.
He must have a private yard that is well-manicured, clean, grass or turf, dog friendly.
We've been on a strict potty schedule with him and he's doing surprisingly well with his duties already.
This little boy is pretty much perfect.
Fun, loving, adorable, healthy, precious.
He will require regular grooming so he will never be matted or dirty again.
His new family should be dedicated to this.
His new yard should have some grass or turf because he loves to run and play right at home in his own backyard.
He gets very excited when we say, "Jeeter Jeeter Pumpkin Eater".

this little love is so cute and so funny, totally full of spunk and personality.
Kids are okay -- minimum 12 years old, exceedingly responsible, kind, respectful in nature is a must.
