We specialize in managing multi-family apartment buildings and single family homes in the Phoenix metro area, West valley and East Valley.
We have licensed experienced professionals managing the assets and we are a local company.
We also do tenant placement if you are an owner/manager we can just do the leasing and place the tenant.
We also have a $0 cancelation fee so if you are not happy with our services for some reason you pay nothing to cancel.
$85 flat fee for monthly management fees As a smaller brokerage we can cater to our clients and offer a much higher quality of service.

We run credit/background checks on all applicants, collect income proof and verify rental history.
