We also do tenant placement if you are an owner/manager we can just do the leasing and place the tenant.
We also have a $0 cancelation fee so if you are not happy with our services for some reason you pay nothing to cancel.
$85 flat fee for monthly management fees As a smaller brokerage we can cater to our clients and offer a much higher quality of service.

We make NO money off maintenance unlike other companies out there not only do we get the best rate but we make NO extra money off doing repairs -Detailed move in and move out inspections that include pictures and video -Top notch professional marketing and leasing results.
I have personally been listing/ leasing homes for over 20 years here in the valley and have great knowledge of the rental market and marketing -Superior screening of the tenants.
We run credit/background checks on all applicants, collect income proof and verify rental history.
