Looking for one person to rent a room in a single-family type house in Mesa.
Room can be furnished with bed, and/or with wall hung tv, and/or with the furniture seen in photos.
You may also bring in your own furniture, room decorations, and electronics (all within reason).
Current tenants are two adult males, employed outside of the house, and one small dog.
No illegal drug use and no smoking in the house.
All utilities are included in the rent.
Internet is supplied by Cox Cable and is their Giga Blast package.
The Wi-Fi has very good signal strength in all rooms of the house, and throughout the property.
The new renter will have access to the backyard and pool, the kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities.
The living room TV has multiple apps including Hulu, Netflix, and Disney+.
No additional pets please.
The lease term is one year(preferred), or, for a six-month term @ $900 a month, for six months.
A $800 refundable deposit will be required along with the first month’s rent at move in.
If the post is still up, the room is still available.
