Lots of people walking dogs and pushing baby strollers.
- Only looking for one roommate (no couples), must be friendly, trustworthy, communicative, responsible, observant, considerate, courteous, neat, CLEAN, etc.
- Own room (Furnished or Unfurnished), Shared Bathroom with Neat Clean Male.
Off street parking.
- Reasonable usage of laundry machines during designated hours for a fee.
- NO smokers, no smoking anywhere on this private property indoors or outdoors, no drugs, no 420 even if you have a prescription, no alcohol abuse, no nudist, no bigots, no racist, no persons who are "desperate", no persons unable to communicate without using "R" rated language, no persons who like to grow bacteria in the kitchen or refrigerator.
This applies to you AND YOUR VISITORS.
