We own 3 dogs who are friendly to people and dogs.
We share our house with an existing roommate with a dog.
ROOM The unfurnished room can fit a queen-sized bed comfortably and has a built-in closet.
You will share a bathroom with double sinks, toilet, shower, and tub with our existing roommate.
PARKING Driveway and street parking only.
No overnight street parking due to HOA regulation.
LOCATION We live in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with two parks that are great for walking a dog.
Our house is close to several restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, downtown Gilbert, as well as, the I-60.
REQUIREMENTS Must be able to pass a tenant screening service.
We use RentPrep's SmartMove Full Credit Report.
When you sign the lease, we will reimburse the cost of the screening service.
