The house includes a covered driveway with ample off-street parking and big back yard.
The bedrooms are partially furnished with 1full size bed and mounted tv, and 1 twin size and mounted tv.
I also have other amenities for your living space if needed, and you'll also have your own key for added privacy and security of your living space.
Freshly painted rooms you can decorate however you'd like, and utilities are included (electric, water, internet, etc.
).
Cooking pots/pans and eatery utensils available, also there is a charcoal grill as well as a propane grill on back patio.
Washer and dryer are also available.
General upkeep of home is taken care of by all house mates; however, everyone is required to clean up after themselves.
We're all adults.
The house is about a 7-minute drive from Happy Valley area and about 10 minutes from desert ridge.
About the other tenants: keep to themselves, and yet are friendly.
Laid back and easy going, and drama free.
About you: Easy going, cool with having housemates, able to pay your bills on time.
Smoking is ok if done outside of the house, anything else is your business.
1st month's rent and a deposit are due at move in.
