The room is spacious, roughly 14ft X 11ft, and has it own private walk in closet, roughly 8ft X 5ft.
Rent includes all bills.
Home was remodeled less than 2 years ago, has internet, pool, laundry, parking would be in front of the house.
About the bathroom, it will be just for the roommate (this bathroom is the common bathroom for people who come to visit), so bathroom must be organized and kept clean all the time.
Common spaces need to be cleaned if you use them.
We do have a large dog, so must be ok with that
