A little bigger than normal room with bathroom shower plus tub.
Walk-in closet and 2 windows for lots of light.
It can be Furnished or Unfurnished.
We will remove anything out of the room you want.
Comes with small fridge, a fan, a large TV, A comfortable bed, couch with foot stool.
ABOUT THE HOME: We have a cat.
Most people who are allergic to cats don't react to ours but for this reason, we can't have any other pets in home.
Sorry bc we love all animals.
You will have FULL ACCESS to the home.
We have 3 living rooms, separate dining room, a loft, patio and backyard.
Utilities for tenant will be between $25-$70.
You have access to our streaming services and our Plex with over 1,100 movies and TV series.
There's no fee for this.
Extremely high speed Internet is in the home.
We live in an extremely safe neighborhood.
We have a grill and fire pit you can use freely.
And the hammock is perfect to read or relax in.
ABOUT YOU: We'd like someone who is mature, pays their bills on time, not too much of a major partier, is a responsible good human.
Semi-clean.
Keep your room as you want.
Public spaces we share will be clean.
We don't mind having fun once in awhile.
