The house is two stories with 3 full bathrooms.
The room comes fully furnished with a TV, desk and bed, is on the second story and comes with a private full bathroom.
The room is 22‘ x 20‘.
There will only be two tenants including you.
House has a covered patio with grass.
I am looking for one tenant with no pets, employed, tidy and respectful as this is a quiet home.
This is a drug free/gun free home.
There is one cat in the house that is very friendly.
No other pets please.
Garage parking is available.
The house is close to Frys, Walmart and Albertsons.
Rent is $1,000 a month with a $1,100 fully refundable security deposit due upon move in.
Wifi, srp, gas and water utilities will be split 50/50.
A little about me,I am in my 50’s and am a firm believer in Jesus Christ.
My friend Nick is going to be the point of contact for information regarding the room and if he feels you may be a good fit, he will set up a time to show you the room.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
If you move in before the 1st, I will prorate until the 1st of the following month.
