Looking for a male room to rent a fully Furnished room in the San Tan Village area in Gilbert! The room is located in a Luxury Townhouse in a Gated Community.
We have 3x pools on site and we're located minutes from the San Tan Village mall, shops and awesome dining.
I currently own the property and I live here with a small 30lb Corgi downstairs and I'm renting my upstairs bedroom.
The room will include a Queen size bed, Tall Dresser, Night stand, Full size closet, 32 inch Smart TV with access to Sling Cable TV, Hulu and Netflix (all included).
We rarely have visitors so it's a great quiet space for anyone trying to live comfortably and focus.
I recently purchased all new furniture for the home and we have an upstairs loft with a work space and entertainment to watch the games, boxing and UFC! No lease will be necessary and short term stay is fine as well if you just need something quick for a month.
I have a monthly cleaning team that will come clean your room and the rest of the house for us.
All utilities are included in the price and I'm only asking for $500 up front to reserve the room.
$250 will go toward a cleaning fee and $250 will go toward your first months rent.
