I have an upstairs 19 x 13 room with walk-in closet, queen bed.
$650 a month plus ¼ utilities.
Utilities are electric, water and wi-fi.
Washer/dryer available for use.
Month to month lease.
You will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with two other people.
You must have proof of employment and there is a background/credit check which runs $40.
First month’s rent and a refundable $300 deposit required for move in.
Long-term stay preferred.
Drama free home, smoking/vaping outside only.
No drugs.
Must be mature, clean, responsible, and considerate of others.
There are two dogs that are little sweethearts once they get to know you.
They have free run of the downstairs.
