We are looking for two roommates in Gilbert, AZ near the crossroads of Power and Germann.
This home provides a quiet neighborhood feel, access to a park and community pool, BBQs, and is conveniently located near much shopping.
The two rooms available are in a 2-story house, with a garage, plenty of storage space, new laundry and dryer machines, and a gated patio outside the kitchen.
The roommates that would best fit this home include:
People who live full lives, not a house for homebodies.
This has to be a peaceful place for working; so unfortunately, we won’t be considering children or folks with loud pets

We don’t have age/gender preferences, see the above requirements.
Pet Friendly.
House has a long-haired kitty already but we will consider taking on another calm and friendly animal.

We will all sign a lease at the end of April, and they will run an income and credit check but its possible to move in earlier prorated.
There will be a security deposit and a pet deposit.
Each room will run about 745$ each + (100 to 200) each with utilities.
The original home photos are Attached from its listing, we can text over the updated ones once the current tenants move out.
