$800 / 2br - Looking for roommate(s) (North Glendale)

I’m a 29F looking to move into a 2 story 3bedroom/2.
5bath home and looking for roommates to occupy the other 2 rooms starting March 1.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
It is renovated, has a 2 car garage, updated kitchen, big backyard and shared spaces.
There will be a shared renovated bathroom.
The house runs on solar and has washer/dryer in unit.
Rent is $800 per room and we will evenly split utilities and internet once it’s set up.
Pets are welcomed but must be friendly & trained as there are already 2 dogs & 2 cats.
The pets do have their designated enclosures when not home.

Absolutely no smoking in the house, you are allowed to outside.
I wake up around 8 for work (5-6 days of a week) and I spend my time playing video games at night half the week until around 12-2am.
So prefer roommates who won’t mind different noise levels, obviously will still be respectful.
Overnight guests welcomed but not for long periods as it would be unfair for everyone who lives here.
Prefer roommates around my age or ones who have similar energy/lifestyles as it won’t conflict with one another living styles.
I like to have little conflict as I would want all of to get along :)
