$100 / 3br - Room for rent for Single Parent + Kid (Maryvale)

I offer 1 small room with your own bathroom, kitchen and laundry privileges.
You can rent the room for $100 a week or you can live in it for $50 a week if you decide to help around the house / children.
The girls are 8/12 and we have Pets (dogs and Reptiles) as well.
I mostly need help (between 5 Pm and 8 PM) with the homework and making dinner for the children since I work till 8 PM 4 days a week.

Requirements are: No smoking (cigarettes, vape nor 420), No drinking/ drugs.
No partner sleepover.
No violent crime history.
