I am looking for someone open to having a family atmosphere and clean.
I am a male that have a large 5 bedroom 5 bath for rent.
I have four rooms upstairs, I am looking to rent two of them.
I am looking for females or a couple, because my daughter visit me two days a month and I want her to be comfortable.
Also great place for a single parent, best schools in west valley.
I have a teenage son that stays on the first floor.
650 for room with shared bathroom or 750 with private bathroom that goes towards rent due on the 1st of each month.
$125 goes towards utilities such as gas, water, electric anf Wi-Fi due on or before the 14th of each month.
