My roomate and I posts multiple craigslist ads to find 2 more roomates asap! My name is Amber.
I have 2 kiddos ages 8 and 13.
And my friend Tim are renting out 2 rooms out of my big 6 bed house.
Looking for 2 people who are reliable, trust worthy and honest to rent from me.
$899 per month.
Both would share 1 bathroom.
Big house! Lots of space with huge back yard with trampoline and fire pit.
Looking for someone with normal working hours.
Who are quiet and clean.
Rarley having guests over and quiet after 10pm.
(Kids) I have 2 dogs who r friendly and a couple kitties.
So must be an animal lover and great with kids.
$450 deposit and $225 a week after prorated rent this month.
This includes all internet and utilities.
U will have ur own space in pantry and a few cupboards and stuff in kitchen .
Lots of space.
1 room has a closet 1 does not.
First come first serve.
