A gay couple here out in East Mesa at Meridian and Southern.
We would like to add 1 more roommate into our mix.
unfortunately, the previous roommate did not work out.
semi-unfurnished room (Has a twin bed, dresser, and nightstand) with a shared bath with another roommate.
We have a cozy little house out here, very quiet most of the time.
You must have a stable job, be clean, and pick up after yourself, be drug-free with the exception of 420, this is allowed outside on the back patio.
You also must be an animal lover as we have cats and dogs.
Ideally looking for another gay male or a lesbian female, but this is not a dealbreaker.
Rent is 675 per month which includes utilities and internet.
200 refundable deposit upon move out.
In summer time we do conserve to keep power down.
You would be responsible for your own food and supplies.
We have on-street parking in a very safe quiet area.
I work from home in healthcare, the other half is an Aesthetician and works in retail, roommate works overnights for Amazon.
I
am huge into plants and gardening as well.
